Timeline:
•  October 14, 1985 -- Computer Career Center is established in El Paso, Texas.
    Located at the El Paso Community College, Rio Grande Campus, CCC provides
    training to JTPA (Job Training Partnership Act) students through a joint effort with
    the El Paso Community College and the Upper Rio Grande Private Industry
    Council (URGPIC). 
•   June 20, 1986 -- Computer Career Center moves to a new location at 8201
    Lockheed, El Paso, Texas 79925. 
•   November 1, 1987 -- L & W Chayes Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a/ Computer Career
    Center, purchases Control Data Multiskill Center, El Paso branch making CCC
    the successor of interest to existing contracts from Control Data Multiskill Center
    in El Paso.
•   April 1, 1993 -- Computer Career Center’s main campus moves to its present
    location at 6101 Montana, El Paso, Texas 79925. The main campus provides
    occupational education to Southwest Texas, primarily El Paso County and its
    surrounding towns, with an approximate population of 725,000.
•   March 7, 2005 -- Computer Career Center opens an extension campus at 7731
    North Loop Drive, El Paso, Texas 79915. The Computer Career Center Extension
    campus teaches programs in allied health.
•   June 1, 2006 -- Computer Career Center is purchased by Computer Career
    Center, LP--part of Education Futures Group, LLC, a Prospect Partners LLC
    portfolio company.
•   November 1, 2006 -- Computer Career Center establishes a Military Division
    (CCCM) to provide training and accreditation programs for active duty military
    personnel in every branch of the Armed Services.

Computer Career Center offers specialized vocational training and occupational education.  The school awards certificates, diplomas, or associate degrees to program graduates.  Governing and Advisory Boards--whose members represent business, industry, and education--review and develop curricula.  To assist students in achieving their career goals, CCC's Academic Department is supplemented by Financial Aid, Placement, and Admissions Departments.
